Handy Man Services Now Available! You still receive our great quality craftsmanship and applicable job warranty for smaller projects. Handy Man work includes smaller repair projects from tub caulking to light framing. Rates begin at $75/hour with a two-hour minimum. Other charges include materials plus a 25% mark-up.  Workmanship Warranty
Various warranties in effect upon project completion apply to our completed workmanship, as follows:
NEW CONSTRUCTION (defined as any Renovation Project that requires new structural support): 2-Year Limited Extended
RENOVATION (defined as any Renovation Project that is performed within the exiting structure – no new structural support is provided): 1-Year Limited
REPAIRS (defined as minor modifications to existing structures): 30-Day
