We transformed the expansive area beneath the existing deck into a functional Exercise Room with an adjacent Screened Porch to house the spa. New window trim was added to the upper level wall off of the deck; and, the deck was reconstructed with beautifully rich (yet easy to maintain) Brazilian Ipe. A new, metal staircase was added to access the deck from the exterior, along with a stone landing pad for the staircase and side entry Exercise Room door.
