The homeowers' beautiful Roswell home provided of space for this young family but needed to offer more "play" area for kids and adults alike. With approximately 800 SF of unfinished Basement, good use was made of the smaller space by providing an open floor plan. This family with small children has a lot of growth to consider; therefore, top-grade/high-quality laminate wood flooring was used for it's strong durability, and storage areas were provided wherever possible, such as the small closet perfect for the younger set (the approximately 4'-high closet features bead-board walls with shelving storage).
