This young family in Roswell now have a new enivronment for entertaining and relaxing! This new rear deck extends all across the rear exterior of the home creating a new exterior level by connecting to the existing/"upper" staircase. The previously hilly landscape provided the perfect foundation to construct new usable space. In addition to the new Deck, the owners gained a covered area underneath the existing Porch (perfect for a ceiling fan and lighting to enjoy a warm summer evening), as well as a trellis over the new Deck's bench seating and an arbor over the new French door unit (the arbor also features a ceiling fan and exterior lighting).
Recently finished, this new Deck will weather beautifully but also be stained once the wood has properly dried (in approximately 3 months).
