The large backyard of this Roswell home overlooking the Chattahoochee was missing the backyard appeal that should have come standard in this naturalistic oasis. The homeowners' needed to expand their multi-level living space outdoors, so we constructed an upper-level deck from pressure-treated wood off of the home's main level; and, directly underneath off of the basement, a romantic covered porch was created with a bead-board deck "ceiling" (protected by a Rain Escape® deck system), recessed can lights, and job-built columns covering the upper-level deck posts. Black, iron-coated, decorative railings and balusters by Deckorators® were used along the upper-level deck and stairs. Whether enjoying balmy summer nights or brisk fall afternoons, these homeowners are now able to take full advantage of their lush surroundings.
