In this 1970s circa home in East Cobb, the homeowner's original Kitchen needed a makeover to improve room layout efficiency and updated style.
All finishes were replaced. New, painted and glazed maple cabinets (in tones of vanilla and coffee) are accented by richly stained, maple vent hood and island. The cabinets feature bead-board panels, crown molding, and doors with glass inserts (on side wall only). The new granite tops in "Kashmir Gold" complement the honed Travertine floor tiles and tumbled Travertine stone backsplash in "Noche". The new, stainless, commercial-grade and energy-efficient appliances allow for more efficient functionality. The new room layout provides a better work triangle to promote room flow between Living, food prep/cooking, and Dining areas.
This new Kitchen enhances adjacent space and increases the home's value.
